Migration Counselling for Adult Immigrants (MBE) offers services for immigrants from the age of 27 years and their children.

MBE supports you to find solutions for challenges in every-day life – fast and unbureaucratic. We offer advice and answers, for example on the following topics:

Numbers and downloads

In 2023, 1,434 counselling centres were available to those seeking advice. At these permanent and mobile locations, the counselling centres offered immigrants seeking advice professional support and guidance in all matters relating to arrival, integration, and participation in Germany. In total, the MBE recorded 333,000 counselling cases that year, with a focus on individual advice and comprehensive assistance. Including family members, the MBE reached 593,000 people with its counselling services during this period.

Migration Counselling is implemented by the welfare organisations which are members of the Federal Association of Non-statutory Welfare (BAGFW) and by the Federation of Expellees (Bund der Vertriebenen, BdV).
